Leadership in Election Administration Project

Using a series of interventions, the Leadership in Election Administration Project (LEAP) aims to investigate the relationship between networking and professional development interventions on career retention, opportunities, and trajectory in election administration. Using a Community of Practice (CoP) approach, the project will focus on many of the professional advancement challenges experienced by people of color in election administration.
