Description
Provide legal aid to Federal Prisoners housed at the Federal Medical Center and Federal Prison Camp, Lexington, KY. Services include identificatiion of legal service needs to the prisoners interviewed and efforts to furnish high quality legal services to inmates who have a need for such services. The program shall function a sprivately retained attorneys, and, therefore will have attorney/client confidentiality protection between the students and their clients. However, administrative files showing any records of tie spend, etc., shall be made available for inspection at the request of the Government.
