Project Summary: The goal of this Type II proposed project is to create three digital moviemaking kits far American history teachers using the Library of Congress (LOC) electronic primary sources and to make these kits available on the web through the existing infrastructure of the Digital Directors Guild (www.ddguild.arg). We also hope to train over 100 in-service teachers in the use of digital documentaries and the digital documentary kits through the "train the trainer" model as well as through professional development outlets at both the state and national level.
