Local Calibration and Trategic PLan for Implementation of AASHTO Mechanistic Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG) 10-396

The objectives of this project are as follows: I) Review current activities relating to local ca libration procedures of the NCHRP )v[EPDG. 2) Selecl in-service pavement sections to correlate predicted perfonnance with actual perfonnance to adjust the MEPDG prediction models. 3) Develop appropriate cal ibration factors for each predicted di stress. 4) Develop a detailed impl ementation plan for integration of the new design gu ide into Kentucky's design process.
