Low Incidence Instructional Strategies

Support development of the components of the Low-Incidence Instructional Strategies Initiative to be implemented by the Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky. This will include: 1) Convening a low incidence steering committee comprised of multiple stakeholder groups (including parents and IHEs) to provide direction in the development of the statewide Concensus Framework, training and technical assistance initiative.
