Description
The central hypothesis of our proposal is that synergistic cooperation between the intrinsic interactions of Snail with LSD1 is crucial for basil-like breast cancer invasion and metastasis. The objective of this proposal is to dissct the epigenetic regulation of EMT by the Snail-LSD1 complex and explore the therapeutic potential for inihbiting this complex to prevent basal-like breast cancer mestastasis.
