Description
The Southern Risk Management Education Center proposal, “Managing Risk by Improving Farm Business Management Skills,” is a project designed to help agribusiness managers mitigate the economic risks associated with various value-added production practices. The University of Kentucky will be responsible for delivering a number of workshops around the state to educate agribusiness managers on the benefits of incorporating record keeping software into existing managerial practices has on economic risk mitigation in agriculture.
