Description
The University of Kentucky (UK) shall perform a market analysis and environmental scan to assess
outreach and education needs. At the completion of data collection, University staff will collaborate
with CHFS staff to further analyze data and assist with projecting trends in the insured populations,
uninsured populations, market changes, and define economic models to project trends. Through this
contract, UK shall compile a complete data set to use in developing an outreach and education plan that
includes milestones and federal requirements for a Health Benefits Exchange.
