Description
This proposal is to support the Maryland Department of Human Services in its ongoing
implementation of the MD-CANS and CANS-F as assessment and referral/triage tools in its
trauma informed, evidence-based child welfare services. The following steps are proposed in
the use of the Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) framework
for this process.
Key Deliverables:
1. TCOM Implementation Support: develop training modules to be posted to the online
certification site TCOMTraining.com.
2. MD CANS and CANS-F Algorithm Development, Advance Analytics and Customized
Reports.
3. MD-CANS and CANS-F User Coaching and Support.
4. Support efforts to advance a Safety Culture through a TCOM framework using the Safe
Systems Improvement Tool.
