Description
The objectives of this proposal are to test the hypothesis that DHA will polarize activated microglia towards the
M2 phenotype and increase brain total antioxidant capacity in rat pups after experimental TBI, via a PPARÕ-
dependent mechanism, associated with improved neurologic outcome.
