Grants and Contracts Details

Description

Personnel in Dr. Grossman's laboratory at the University of Kentucky will be responsible for preparing putative intermediates, some isotopically labeled, on which LolO acts in the biosynthetic pathway leading to N-acetylloline. Personnel in Dr. Schardl's laboratory will be responsible for feeding studies in fungal culture and whole plants. Both Dr. Grossman and Dr. Schardl will be intimately involved in proposing mechanisms and designing experiments to test them.
