Medical Consultation for the Northern Kentucky Health Department

This is a contract for medical consultation services to support the women’s health programs in the Clinical Services Division of the Health Department in accordance with the Kentucky Public Health Practice Reference posted at http://www.chfs.ky.gov/dph/info/dpqi/PHPR.htm. The programs are offered in the Health Department’s four health centers by Registered Nurses and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, who need access to a licensed physician knowledgeable about women’s health to provide technical information and guidance regarding complex patients or situations.
