Description
The inspection of registered feed establishments will be conducted to determine compliance with laws, regulations, and rules of the Federal Food, Drug & Consmetic Act and any applicable state laws. These inspections will assure compliance with 21 CFR 589.200 (Ruminant Feed Ban) by registered and un-registered feed establishments. The work includes filing reports to FDA of inspection and any sample examinations accomplished during this contract period.
