Description
The obiectives are to use primarily existing data synthesized and compiled in an appropriate way, supplemented by a limited number of standard laboratory analyses of 1) coal adsorption/desorption of CO, and methane, and 2) carbon isotope analyses to assess the suitability of the Illinois Basin for geological carbon sequestration (to be done at another location).
