Description
This is a project driving the capacity of off-installation quality care for military families. HDI will liaise with State officials as well as coordinating efforts between the State, Defense State Liaison Offices (DLSO), Joint Family Support Assistance Program (JFSAP) teams and various non-governmental organizations/community partners. HDI shall provide technical or subject matter expertise. HDI ensures success by working with the State government officials and various government and non-government organizations to achieve the most effective utilization of resources or employment of assets without duplication.
