University of Kentucky College of Medicine Scope of Work Dr. Donita D. Lightner will collaborate with the Investigators at the University of Louisville School of Medicine on this project that will involve immune profiling of high-grade pediatric CNS tumors by NGS deconvolution and IHC. With her expertise in the management of pediatric brain tumor patients and experience using targeted therapies in her practice. She will be responsible for screening, examining and consenting subjects at the University of Kentucky clinics. With this analysis and findings, Dr. Lightner will lead discussions during the molecular tumor board. She will provide 0.31 calendar months (2.6%) effort each year for 2 years.
