Grants and Contracts Details
Description
During year 2, the Turner laboratory at the University of Kentucky will be responsible for analysis and
interpretation of deep sequencing data generated from year 1 of this project. This includes trimming of reads,
aligning reads to the genome, and using bioinformatic pipelines within the lab to analyze differential gene
expression changes. Potential genes of interest identified from the data sets will be validated via qPCR by the
Turner lab.
