National Study of Rural Medicaid Disease Management

Serve on the research team for the duration of the contract and participate in periodic planning meetings and conference calls for the project; assist with the development and review of the survey instrument and related materials; provide statutory and regulatory analysis of the barriers and incentives for rural chronic disease management; assist with the preparation, editing and review of the issue brief and other published materials produced under the grant; promote the project and its findings through regular venues available to the School of Public Health and assist with preparation of report required under the grant.
