Description
Aims of this research are to determine the optimal form of the single chain antibody-NEP chimera to produce stable erythrocyte expression and to demonstrate that a single chain antibody-NEP chimera when bound to erythrocytes in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease can lower Ab levels.
