Description
The Scheff laboratory will continue to process brain tissue acquired from the RUSH autopsy program and evaluate the total number of synapses in the precuneus and posterior cingulate gyrus. We will evaluate tissue from individuals that have mild cognitive impairment, no cognitive impairment, or mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.
