Description

Scope of work: Dr. Kalbfleisch will create a database of genetic data from farm animals that did not survive till birth. This will involve collecting samples from collaborators who have identified abortions with no known etiology. Dr. Kalbfleisch will receive the sequence data from three sample providers, map them, and provide the derived data via a data portal hosted by the University of Kentucky.
