Grants and Contracts Details
Description
Our project will analyze the cost-effectiveness and utilization of a telemedicine model for developmental-behavioral
pediatric care in Eastern Kentucky with legislative and systemic implications for expansion of these services to improve access to mental health services for the underserved, traditionally impoverished and rural population ofthis region. We believe this project mirrors the Foundation's current focus areas of initiatives to enhance access to care using technologies that mitigate geographic obstacles, reduce health disparities of underserved rural populations and provide access to mental health services through medical locations.
