Non-Fracture Fall Injuries and Long-term Geriatric Consequences in Older Women and Men from a Cross-Cohort Study

Dr. TeresaWaters and the University of Kentucky will work with the Principal Investigator (Elsa S. Strotmeyer) and the University of Pittsburgh to complete the following components of the project. 1. Provide expertise in the coding and analyses of the claims data from Medicare for the fall injury and utilization/cost outcomes. 2. Participate in conference calls, meetings, and as a coauthor in preparation of presentations and manuscripts.
