NSF EPSCoR: RII Track-1: Kentucky Advanced Manufacturing Partnership for Enhanced Robotics and Structures - New Faculty Hire Start-Up Scope

Dr Corbin is New Hire #5 on the RII Track-1 grant: Kentucky advanced manufacturing partnership for enhanced robotics and structures. The start-up funds provided by the RII grant will be used to set-up Dr Corbin’s lab and establish her research program at UK. In collaboration with co-investigators Dr Corbin will develop lab-based strategies to address Objective 1.1.2, Explore to what extent new materials synthesized through synthetic biology can yield superior structural polymers or resins with programmable lifetimes.
