Office of Integrative Activities CFDA 47.083 Scope: A Multidimensional Network Approach to Financial Organization of Life Outcomes

Grants and Contracts Details

Description

Our project asks: How does firm organization and finance shape global outcomes like emissions and local social-ecological impacts in farming and mining dependent communities? What ideal and alternative organizational forms and networks are best suited to achieve environmental, economic and climate justice? Our project will have a significant impact by getting at how organizational and financial structures shape desired and undesirable outcomes. Further, it creatively offers to make complicated structure publicly palatable by connecting global impacts like greenhouse gas emissions to local experiences of economic dependency, environmental burdens, and climate associated risk.
