OHS, SHSP Implementation FY26

Abstract SHSP Implementation FY26 Reg Souleyrette 10/1/2025 - 9/30/2026 This project will support the implementation of Kentucky’s 2025-29 Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP). Implementation of the plan will include the organization and facilitation of biannual meetings where Emphasis Area leaders can provide updates and share progress toward implementing highway safety improvements. It will also include ongoing monitoring and evaluation of safety performance data as they becomes available. Continue to gather and analyze Kentucky crash data, in particular as it pertains to the SHSP emphasis areas, as the new data becomes available. Organize and facilitate two workshops in FY 2026 that include leaders representing all the SHSP Emphasis Areas. Present findings of Emphasis Area crash data analyses at the workshops.
