Online Roster for the Kentucky Board of Registration for Professional Geologist

Kentucky Revised Statute 322A.010 is the law requiring geologists in the public practice of geology to be licensed by the Kentucky Board of Registration for Professional Geologists. Section 322A.030 (2) requires the Board to create and make public a roster showing names and places of business of all registered geologists. The Board passed a motion in 2013 to pay the Kentucky Geological Survey a total of $5,000 for programming services to create an online roster and $1,000 per year thereafter to update and maintain the roster.
