The University of Kentucky Center on Trauma and Children will develop curriculum for AOC and the Opioid summits. Specifically, the university will: 1) Develop a 45-60 minute module on trauma informed care and trauma responsive approaches that consider organizational and individual approaches to service delivery. Specific attention will be paid to ACES and trauma; 2) Create exercises and PowerPoint slides that can be used by DBHDID trainers who will be delivering the content to a wide range of professionals employed by the AOC, DCBS, domestic violence shelters, and other community providers (e.g. schools, employers); and 3) Consult with and advise Hazelden/Betty Ford on ways to integrate trauma informed care content into the modules they are creating. Specific deliverables include: a. A 45 – 60-minute module on trauma informed care and trauma responsive approaches to addressing substance abuse that considers organizational and individual approaches to service delivery. b. Provide technical assistance and support to tailor trauma-related curriculum created by Hazelden/Betty Ford in the form of written feedback of each module developed by them to ensure trauma related principles are integrated into the series
