Optimizing a highly predictive microRNA biomarker panel to predict the risk of delayed cerebral vasospasm (DCV) and delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) complications following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

Grants and Contracts Details

Description

The overall objective of this project is to expand the utility of our established DCV predicting miRNA panel to substantially improve DCI predictability. This project, if funded will 1) develop a novel miRNA biomarker panel to accurately predict DCV and DCI, and 2) support expansion of the patient cohort for the miRNA biomarker panel validation through our existing multi-institute collaboration.
