Outreach KIDS Smile (C6539) - FY27 Outreach

Abstract: Provide dental public health and associated clinical staff to support the dental public health mission of the DPH. This includes provision of manpower to provide preventive and comprehensive dental services to areas of the Commonwealth that are dentally underserved through UKCD’s established network of outreach programs and the Kentucky Oral Health Network. Compile and interpret oral health related data and population-based information of this contract’s publicly supported dental health efforts and program evaluation. The Service Region is de?ned as the entire state, but UKCD will determine local service sites according to assessed need, available resources and/or requests from communities.
