Grants and Contracts Details
Description
This project is both unique and significant in addressing the problem of cervical cancer in medically underserved, rural populations through a partnership with public health. The use of navigation to increase adherence with recommendations is well established in medical centers, but not well developed in rural populations. Research on navigation for cervical cancer with public health departments serving rural populations is also underexplored.
