Pattern of Patient Care in Appalachia

As principal investigator of the Kentucky Center, Dr. Fleming will participate in most activities of the project including: (1) design and conceptualization; (2) collaboration with staff from other states and the Center at Penn State; (3) development and merger of comorbidity measurement data to state datasets. (4) coordination of Medicare and Medicaid data merger.
