Description
The KY Transportation Center will perform an assessment of both the existing pavement and the underlying sub-grade conditions on I-65 mileposts 104-131 in specific locations designated by the sponsor. This assessment should assist Cabinet officials determine an appropriate strategy to perform a preliminary highway design.
