PeADD, Pennyrile Safe Streets For All Grant Program Support

Abstract Safe Streets for All Grant Program Support Pennyrile Area Development District August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2025 This Memorandum of Agreement (AGREEMENT) provides technical assistance and support from the Kentucky Transportation Center, College of Engineering; University of Kentucky to the Pennyrile Area Development District to fulfill the needs of the Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program. This AGREEMENT is entered into, by and between the Pennyrile Area Development District (PeADD) and Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) to establish an agreement for KTC to provide technical assistance, training, data analysis and support activities leading to the PeADD development of road safety action plans including the identification of safety improvements for PeADD. Safety action plans developed through this agreement will meet the requirements of the USDOT Fiscal Year 2022 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program Agreement. This AGREEMENT is effective from August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2025.
