Description
Increase timeliness of appropriate immunizations to infants and children receiving care from University of Kentucky
Pediatric clinic by employing one full-time nurse (currently Lynn Jolly, R.N.) to coordinate immunization services, outreach
and follow-up. All infants and children immunized with vaccine supplied by the Department for Public Health (DPH),
Immunization Program shall be screened for eligibility. The nurse shall provide access for DPH staff to review
immunization records of Pediatric Clinic patients.
