Description

In this project, we are coding recordings of physician/patient interactions in which colorectal screening is discussed. We are using our Communication Quality Analysis (CQA) coding scheme to assess these conversations. The scope of Allison Gordon work on this project entails the following tasks: adaptation of the CQA codebook to this project’s clinical context, assisting the PSU PI with training of coders, coding audio-recorded conversations of patient-physician interactions, assisting with data analysis, interpretation and manuscript production.
