Personal Consulting Contract between EKU and UKRF

Consultant in the preparation of Eastern Kentucky University, College of Health Sciences Master of Public Health/Council on Education for Public Health Self Study Report. The Consultant will be the lead advisor to assist the major committee, Master of Public Health Self Study Committee, in meeting all 10 criteria on the Eastern Kentucky University, College of Health Sciences Accreditation Self Study Report to be submitted to Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The consultant will also work with the following committees: Curriculum and Assessment Committees. The Consultant will assist in preparation of expected documentation, current status, what is to be done, and lead person assignments as indicated on all Council on Education for Public Health criteria for accreditation of Eastern Kentucky University/College of Health Sciences/Master of Public Health Program. The Consultant will meet with all committees when they are scheduled and review all documents and matrix and support materials in the Master of Public Health/Council on Education for Public Health Accreditation Report prior to final submission.
