V. STATEMENT OF WORK
Workscope
UK will conduct the following work as a partner in support of the University of Minnesota’s
(UMN) efforts related to the Public Health Workforce Research Center and PHAB 21C projects.
Dr. Hogg-Graham will serve as lead and along with the team will contribute to the project in
terms of data collection and interpretation, use of public health administrative data for allocating
workforce resources, development of surveys, writing manuscripts, technical assistance,
developing collaborations, and dissemination. Specifically, she will:
• Meet regularly with project members and leadership
• Regularly report on the progress of studies she leads to the project team
• Contribute technical assistance, data interpretation, networking support, grant report and
manuscript writing, presentations, and other activities desired to the overall Consortium and
Consortium leadership
• Lead papers and dissemination regarding the studies she leads
• Provide support as needed for any rapid response studies requested
Dr. Hogg-Graham and the PHAST team’s specific expertise will apply to the various aspects of
the project as described below:
Enumeration – detailed quantification of public health workforce staffing levels
• Assist with identification of data sources to be used in enumeration
• Triangulation and analysis of all data sources.
• Report outlining writing and dissemination activities.
Deliverables
1) Participate in Consortium, including attending meetings and providing feedback on the
projects of other PIs – June 30, 2024
2) Provide expertise on the Enumeration project – June 30, 2024
3) Participate in responding to PHAB and CDC’s requests throughout the year – June 30,
2024
