The Cooperator seeks to conduct a program which is expected to result in:

? The safeguarding of Kentucky's oak lumber industry.
? Providing survey data about this disease in Kentucky and keeping the markets open for Kentucky's nurseries and lumber industry.
? Early detection and rapid response if the disease is found in the state.
? Nursery conditions information entered into the IPHIS database.
? Positive/negative data will be retained by the Cooperator and reported in the midyear and final reports.
