Pilot test of vision screening effectiveness survey

A mailing was sent to all optometrists and ophthalmologists practicing in Kentucky soliciting their participation in a survey of findings from child vision screening examinations. Those who consented to participate (n=68) will mail completed surveys to Julia Costich, a faculty member in the UK College of Public Health, for database entry and analysis. The contract with the Vision Council of America is for the data analysis.
