Planning: DCL EPSCOR: CISE Large: Distributed Edge Intelligence in Support of Next-Generation Applications

Abstract The goal of this project is to develop the enabling technologies for integrating distributed intelligence into the network edge to support next-generation smart applications. The project will build on a foundation of enabling technologies that combine communications, networking, edge computing, and distributed ML. Our work will be driven by integrating concrete applications into our framework to tune our algorithms and demonstrate their value.
