Plasma Simulations That Meet the Challenges of COS and STIS

Major Update of the atomic and molecular databases used by the plasma simulation code Cloudy. Cloudy is often used as an atomic physics server by large-scale structure, MHD, and other codes. Many of these other codes also support the questions addressed by HST. The Second year will develop and infrastructure to make access to state of the art data and solvers easy.
