Portable Assistance Program

Numerous closing and layoffs have hit the West Kentucky region hard. This area is a large rural region of Kentucky and employers tend to pull from the surrounding counties, as well as the county where they are located. The following events were facility closures or layoffs that have been especially devastating to the communities and small businesses. This project will focus on the region to align with employment and lending patterns. It will help small businesses access capital and help lenders improve the deal flow and the likelihood of funded projects.
