Description
The primary goal of the proposed project is to provide monitoring, modeling, and
assessment services so as to provide a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the
existing and proposed NOAA projects in meeting the goals and objectives of the aquatic
resources environmental initiative. The project scope of work has been structured to
sequentially meet the specific project objectives as identified previously.
