Grants and Contracts Details
Description
Contractor will secure and upload Outreach Systems software to continue the bid match program currently being
administered by the Cabinet. The Kentucky Procurement Assistance Program (KPAP) and Kentucky Small Business
Development Center (KSBDC) databases will be merged in the Outreach System. This will allow for continued bid match
services to new and existing clients. KSBDC will pay the license fees for 1 year and the cost of merging client records to
allow for seamless client services. KSBDC will also provide bid match services for new clients including developing effective
bid match profiles and entering appropriate database information. Contractor will also follow up on returned bid match emails
and process profile changes (everything from email address changes to changes in search criteria).
Prime contractors and other entities (primarily local government agencies) submit notices to KPAP for inclusion in the bid
match system. Contractor agrees to organize and categorize theses notices and submit them into a template on the
Outreach System website, and monitor/follow-ups as needed. Contractor agrees to provide a monthly report to the Cabinet
indicating contacts made and contracts secured.
