Grants and Contracts Details

Description

The investigators at the University of Kentucky will synthesize and purify to > 98% a rich targeted library of at least 50 novel potential PTPRD phosphatase inhibitor/7-BIA analogs based on in silico modeling of PTPRD and related phosphatase domains, in silico docking these potential inhibitors with phosphatase domains, chemical synthetic feasibility and in silico predictions of good stability, bioavailability and specificity. (Specific Aim 1).
