Description
The University of Kentucky Human Development Institute shall serve as the child care resource and referral agency with the responsibility for compliance with KRS 199.8945, Section 2. UK-HDIU shall deliver technical assistance; counseling; program management and access to services, resources andprofessional education to improve the quality of early care and education services throughout Kentucky to increase participation in the STARS for KIDS Now quality rating system for certified homes, type II licensed homes and type I licensed centers.
