Description
The Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge contract will support the design and implementation of
the Tiered Quality Rating and Improvement System for the state of Kentucky, specifically related to the
quality standards and professional development opportunities for licensed child care providers. Personnel
will support and coordinate activities related to the coaching process, standards, verification system,
communication, and training support to licensed child care.
