Description
Over the past 5 years, the KY Transportation Center has been approached by the Division of Maintenance at the KY Transportation Cabinet on a number of occasions to evaluate and propose retrofit measures for bridge components that are severely damaged. These damaged components raise serious concerns about the possibility of partial or total failure of the bridge in question.
