Description

The University of Kentucky will support planning and development of a Fast Response study. The principal investigator for this study will be Dr. Xin Ma who will be responsible for developing the initial plan of the study and making any revisions required by the U.S. Department of Education's Institute for Education Sciences (IES) and CNA. Upon written approval ofthe plan by CNA, Dr. Ma will be responsible for conducting the study and developing a report to be submitted to IES for review. He will respond to comments by the IES review team and make the any necessary revisions. Dr. Ma will review the final publication copy as finalized by the IES editorial team. Development of the proposal and final report will follow REL Appalachia review and submittal process which includes an internal review and edit of all deliverables prior to submittal to IES.
